Police, Power, and Putrefaction – Kitchen Sink Microscopy

RE: Joshua Rohrer, Sunshine

As I’ve said before, this problem isn’t about race; race is a symptom of the underlying rot. The problem with police in America is corruption and power. We allowed them more and more power, and we took away any culpability or repercussions for their actions.

This type of a gang is a breeding ground for psychopaths, giving them a paid vocation to feast on the misery, pain, and suffering of others. And we let all this happen because of the fabled notion that they “protect us,” and “oh, but what anarchy would befall our nation without the heroic police?”

We’ve all been conditioned – brainwashed – into this lie. Even now, faced with cameras and eye witnesses, the people still move the goal posts and say there needs to be more evidence, more proof, more rationalizing of their methods to achieve the ends we still believe they bring us. Do they bring justice? Safety?

No one has fully defunded or eradicated police; no one has shifted duties to more qualified personnel – yet we see crime increase inside and outside the gang we call police.
